Core BackOffice releases new beta website. The new website enhancements provide detailed product information and demonstrations. Company news letters and client testimonials will also be added to the new site. Clients still have the ability to monitor systems status, access knowledge base and helpful downloads. Portals for client software system downloads will also be made available. Further beta website releases will have self guided product demonstration viewing.

Core BackOffice Systems rolls the new CTB V2. The Core Tool Bar version 2 provides new auto updating abilities that keep your application up to date. CTB V2 now integrates with office products. Users can save bookmarks and favorites per each Core system application. This new version has enhanced user interfaces that improve efficiency and give a sharper look and feel. Security encryption and protection has also been upgraded. The Core Tool Bar V2 was also designed on the Microsoft.Net 2.0 technology platform. All Core BackOffice Products are now running on this current technology and will be able to continue to grow with your business!

Core BackOffice Systems releases the new Document Management System V2. This upgraded system includes enhanced document indexing capabilities and allows for dependent indexing requirements. System users will also be able to access files faster. File compression has been improved to help maximize your data storage. In addition, security encryption and protection has been upgraded. The new DMS system is also compatible with Core’s patent pending 'Drop Zone' ™ technology.

Pacific West Investment Services, Inc. a Renton, Washington based financial broker-dealer implements their new Pending Commissions System. Pacific West’s field sales force is now able to view online received dealer concessions from our product vendors, commissions scheduled to be paid, pending orders on hold, and unpaid commissions not yet received from clearing firms. Their accounting department is now able to more efficiently process commission cycle runs and quickly resolve outstanding issues. In addition they were able to greatly reduce the number of inbound/outbound service calls to our reps.

TrumpCard Inc. a San Diego, California. based freight forwarding company launches their new Core BackOffice designed "Shipment Manager Program". This system enabled TrumpCard electronically organize their client records, accurately track their shipments, confirm proof of delivery and send out auto alerts via email or fax. The new system has noticeably increased their staff’s efficiency. High priority issues are now more easily identified and resolved.

The Gabor Agency, a Miami, Florida based insurance company implements a full suite of Core software products to help automate their business. Core BackOffice Systems took our business through a legacy system conversion into a new customized, privately labeled (Gabor Master), insurance agency management software system. Employees are now able to quickly access client records and accurately track time sensitive requests to meet critical deadlines. The software system enabled Gabor to run customized reports for each business area and process premium calculations for their accounting department. One of the big “time savers” from using this new system is being able to customize electronic data sharing with our various group clients and carriers.
